Apparently Facebook has a business use! Can I monitor all Facebook activity?

I have been asked to allow Facebook access on my network as it now has a business use (apparently!). How can I monitor this activity to make sure that users are not wasting time on Facebook

    There are a number of ways we can monitor Facebook and it all revolves around our advanced web usage reporting feature.

    =============================================================

    How to find out what are the most popular pages been accessed on Facebook.
    1. Use the Modules \ Web \ Advanced Report \ Top Websites & URI report
    2. Use Facebook as the website name and /pages/ as the URI

    You do get the actual names of the fan pages which makes the LANGuardian report easier to read

    How to find out what are the most popular groups been accessed on Facebook

    1. Use the Modules \ Web \ Advanced Report \ Top Websites & URI report
    2. Use Facebook as the website name and \?gid= as the URI

    You don’t get the actual group names but you do get a unique number for the group which you can check in Facebook

    How to find out what are the most popular photo albums been accessed on Facebook

    1. Use the Modules \ Web \ Advanced Report \ Top Websites & URI report
    2. Use Facebook as the website name and album.php\?aid= as the URI

    Again you don’t get the actual album names, unique number for the photo album. This identifies users accessing photo albums associated with engagement parties, pubs and other non work related stuff.

    The above information is useful to monitor what users are doing so that it does not impact on the network or the internet connection.
