Help, how can I identify client Recycle Bins that are getting synchronised with the network?

When a student/staff logs onto the network their desktop is copied up to the
network. This includes the contents of the local recycle bin which is a
complete waste of disk space. A simple change here could free up huge
amounts of server disk space and so reduce costs.

Using the Windows File Share module to detect and report on this activity.

Select Modules - Windows File Server - Advanced Reports - Filenames(by actions).

We are using the following search string in the filename field:
\\My-Documents\\RECYCLER\\
