Firstly, create the custom report, use the Modules - Windows File Shares - 'Search by Filename' report. Specify the folder name in the filename report filter as follows:
\\foldername\\
This will display all folders called foldername which have been acccessed over the network. Save the report to the custom section, select more actions - save report.
Secondly, you generate an alert based on the custom report.
1. Click Configuration in the left navigation menu.
2. On the LANGuardian Configuration page, click Create an alert based on a report.
The Report Wizard shows a list of all reports, built-in and custom reports. Find your custom report you have just created, specify whether LANGuardian should generate alerts based on the report, and the distribution list to which the alerts will be sent.
Click Save Configuration to update the alerts list.
