Thank you for request Patrick, unfortunately no you will not get a report to show you all email clients on your network.

LANGuardian Email Monitor detects SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) traffic flowing through your network, It decodes, extracts, and stores the headers of incoming and outgoing mail messages.
However with e-mail clients where SSL is used to secure webmail, LANGuardian does not decode this traffic. (webmail generally uses HTTPS)
LANGuardian will report on users accessing sites e.g. Hotmail, GMAIL , Yahoomail etc. via the web reports. You will see which users accessed these sites and the Bandwidth used.
