Error when pressing the upgrade button?

I'm receiving the following error when I press the Upgrade the LANGuardian button.

Cannot get remote version: (6) Couldn't resolve host 'downloads.netforttechnologies.com'

I changed the dns but it still does not resolve correctly.

Any ideas?

This is a dns problem and the IP address of the DNS server to be used to resolve host names should be checked. Be sure to enter a valid IP address.

This page allows you to alter a number of networking and administration parameters including the IP address of the DNS server which are used by the LANGuardian system.

You may of course see other messages appear such as:

1. "Not confirmed"
If you didn't confirm by ticking the checkbox.

2. "Your license does not allow for software upgrades"
You are not entitled to access upgrades.

3. "unknown error"
This is internal error. Very rare.

4. "Upgrade error: "
The error text in "" should highlight the problem.

5. "Upgraded successfully, the system is now rebooting'"

6. "Cannot get remote version: "
The error text in "" should highlight the problem.
