If you’re happy to establish a remote support link, access LANGuardian using the following URL
From the GUI
Go to 'Settings' (upper right-hand corner) --> 'Establish a remote support tunnel' under 'Support'.
- Enter your assigned port number in the Support ID text box.
- Click the 'Connect' button.
Before you create the connection you should contact NetFort support in order to obtain a port number. Enter your assigned port number in the Support ID text box and click Connect.
The page will refresh with a message Connection Established displayed and NetFort support staff will now be able to access your NetFort LANGuardian unit remotely.
