How to enable debugging mode on LANGuardian

LANGuardian has a debugging mode which can be accessed during the installation phase. Debugging mode allows the staff at NetFort to better give remote support by establishing a secure connection to your machine. This is very useful if you are having an issue with the LANGuardian product.

During step one you will prompted to select an installation disk. At this stage you should type the word "other" instead of making a disk selection.

After you have entered "other" you may proceed as normal. Until you are again prompted, this time to enter a NetFort remote-support id. If you have been issued with a remote-support id by a member of staff you may enter it at this time otherwise please get in contact with support to help resolve your issue.

If you see a similar screen that means you have successful enabled debugging mode, staff should be able to resolve any issues you may have been facing until now.
