To troubleshoot bandwidth issues on your network, you can enter a Single IP Address,  subnet or username.

The syntax is as follows:

Single IP Address: 192.168.1.227
Subnet: 192.168.1.0/24
Username: Andrea

1. Click on Search  on the top left of the menu bar to go to the LANGuardian search page. For more information about how to use the search page see section 3.2.1 of the user guide - Performing a search
2. Go to the Bandwidth Troubleshooting search panel.
3. Click the label to display the search field.
4. Enter a search term into the search field.
5. Click the Go button.

The results shows a summary page that contains the information you typically need to troubleshoot bandwidth issues on your LAN, WAN, and Internet links.

You may select a different time range by setting the clock on the top menu bar or run any report on the page and display all filters by clicking on the > icon after last 1 hour on the menu bar.
