How do I ignore a particular file extension from appearing the Windows File Share reports?

Would like a file share reporting exluding all .tmp file and others...

For example if you wish to exclude all files which have a file extension of .exe from a report simply enter the following filter !\.exe$ in the File Name Field.

So access the Windows File Shares :: Search by Filename report at

Modules - Windows File Shares - Search by Filename

and populate the File Name field with

!\.exe$

Some of the filter fields that are displayed before the LANGuardian reports contain a drop-down list to enable you to filter the report using regular expressions.
