Following these steps will allow you to use the user search facility loccated in the top right corner of the LANGuardian GUI to focus on a single users network activity:

Select user and enter in the username. The resulting dashboard will show activity associated with the user for the last hour.

Run the report Traffic Distribution by user and for longer time periods or the time period in question use the pop-up calender.

This report will confirm if the user has been active on the network and you can then drilldown to see what servers they have been accessing

Go back to the user search dashboard and run the directory logins element and extend the date range for the report. This will then show if the user has logged onto the network at any stage during the time in question.
