IPv6 search by IP address

Hi, I'm trying to search by IPv6 address in the Network Forensics search box, but I keep getting an error that it's an invalid subnet. Can you do this? I notice that no IPv6 addresses are showing up at all in any of the reports as well.

Hi,

Currently we indicate the traffic is IPv6 on Ethernet layers but our traffic analysis engine works with IPv4 only.

We can report on the presence of IPv6 traffic and traffic volumes only.

What support do you want to see in LANGuardian for IPv6?

Thank you
NetFort Support Team.

Yes, I can see that there is IPv6 traffic but thats it. I'd like the same support for IPv6 as IPv4 as we are using IPv6 as well now but I have no visibility on IPv6 web sites. Currently our DPI firewall can see all this traffic in real time, but it would be nice to have the historical information as we have for IPv4.
