LANGuardian uses distribution lists to manage sending daily and weekly reports to users. In a new LANGuardian installation, there are two predefined distribution lists:
Alerts
Periodic - daily

Firstly, a third distribution list will need to be added and configured to deliver the weekly report. On the LANGuardian Configuration page, click Configure the LANGuardian email distribution lists. You will need to enter a name for a new weekly list, then click Add new list, add names to the list and then choose weekly from the How often drop-down list.

Secondly, make a copy of the Windows File Shares :: Folder Monitoring :: Deleted Folders report by saving the report as a custom report. The report will be associated with the weekly distribution list. To save a report:
1. Click More Actions on the report menu bar and select Save Report.
2. Type a name for the report in the Name field eg. Windows File Shares :: Folder Monitoring :: Deleted Folders copy

Thirdly, from the Report Wizard page assign both reports to their associated distribution list:
Windows File Shares :: Folder Monitoring :: Deleted Folders (daily)
Windows File Shares :: Folder Monitoring :: Deleted Folders copy (weekly)

Click Save Configuration to update the list.
