Not showing usernames

We recently installed a lanprobe at one of our remote offices and have noticed that a lot of the reports we run for users at this site are not showing username?

Open configuration - configure support for active directory identity logging.

Check the list of domain controllers that should be queried and that it includes domain controllers that are known to authenticate the users at your remote office.

If it doesn't you need to add them in.
