proxy configuration

When I configure the proxy settings display the message "Saved successfully
However, the proxy credentials appear to be invalid.
Error message when trying to access the web was: Connection timed out" but the credential are correct.

Hi Francisco,

To avail of the upgrade on our website, we will need patch your system. The reason is, there is a known issue (software bug) whereby LANGuardian cannot update via http proxy.

You can contact us via email at support@netfort.com and we will arrange to apply the patch to your system right away.
