Do you have any idea why on approximately half of the records server name and share name is missing and a question mark is displayed instead?

When users log onto their system there is a single action of a share mapping. Once they have their drive mapped they can do many things with files and folders over the course of a day. The key thing is that share mapping only happens during the logon process or when the user manually maps the drive

In your case you may have just got your LANGuardian running and it is missing the share mappings which happened prior to the LANGuardian installation. Leave the system for a while and as users log off\on you will see more share names.
