Report displays “an error has occurred” message

I am getting the below error while trying to fetch LANGuardian reports on Solarwinds NPM 10.6. I already increased the timeout value. 

An error has occurred. 
The Orion resource was unable to retrieve information from NetFort 
LANGuardian.

Please ensure that you are running the latest version of the integration pack:

http://www.netfort.com/downloads/solarwinds-integration

If you are already running the latest version, then you should refer to the troubleshooting section (page 21) of the SolarWinds integration Install and User Guide to see if it covers your problem symptoms.

If you continue to have problems, then make sure the protocol you specify in the NetFort LANGuardian Settings page matches the protocol specified in the LANGuardian REST API 
settings (see page 8 for details).
