Using SPAN Port Configurator without login

I can’t configure my Cisco Cisco Cat 4506 core switch
because the SPAN Port Configurator won’t allow me to continue unless I
have provided a username.

This type of switch doesn’t have a username. Is there anything I can write in the Username: field that will work?

I’ve tried null, none, can’t think of any others.

If you don’t have a username you will need to configure the SPAN port manually. Two commands (change X below to a VLAN of interest and Y to the LANGuardian sensor port).
Monitor session 1 source vlan X both
Monitor session 1 destination interface GigabitEthernet0/Y

You can add multiple VLANs, separated by commas and spaces. We usually just focus on the server VLANs 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6
